You don't say what kind of help you need.
The rhyme goes like this:
There was a crooked man and he went a crooked mile.
He found a crooked sixpence against a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse,
and they all lived together in a little crooked house.

As for inner meanings, maybe someone else has that insight. I remember some folk group putting this to music,probably in the '70's. (The New Cristie Minstrals, or maybe Serendipity.)
The chorus,(and hence the title) was : "Don't Let the Rain Come Down."
