Finding this verse among known verses to "Oranges and Lemons" is most interesting. The ditty was first recorded c1744. I 've seen numerous variations on the lines - which always end naming some specific London church bell - have never seen a version that runs to the style of patter you quoted. Could it be some parody which responds to the original, rather than actually being part of it?

Nursery-rhyme lore is full of instances of writers or editors taking considerable license - having their own "take" on verses - some of which have moved into the nursery themselves. Without creditation of creative editing, the entire field is fascinating.
It would be helpful to know where you found the quoted verse as being part of "Oranges and Lemons.
