visit your local teacher store. I found a great book called "Mother Goose Month to Month" with lesson plans appropriate for the age level you are looking for. I also use it for my 4-year-old preschool class...It includes science, social studies, music, art, etc. for one rhyme each month. There is also a web site about Mother Goose developed by the Head Start in New Mexico which has complete lesson plans for Mother Goose week to week. I have printed these and used them with my preschool classes. They are wonderful. I can't remember the site, but it is something like "Book-A-Week" and then go to the Rhyme-a-week section.
