Mother Goose's Birthday Operetta

I have a paperback booklet of songs from 1916 published by Churchill-Grindell Co. in Platteville, Wis. The book is missing 4 pages (47-50). If anyone has this book, I would appreciate getting a copy of the missing pages. Many of the songs were taken from "Father Goose-His Book" written by L. Frank Baum.
