I suspect what you have here is a non-English language version of one of the rhymes, where the name would be different - more in keeping with the usage of that language (ie. English Humpty-Dumpty is Annebadadeli in Switzerland, Lille-Trille in Sweden, Bould-Boule in France, and Gigele-Gagele (plus a few others) in Germany. Do you know if you heard of it through a certain heritage? Ie. Polish, Russian, etc. You might have to try a foreign-language dictionary or a query on a Web site more geared to languages than to Mother Goose specifically.
It's also possible it's not from the Mother Goose tradition, but from a fairy tale or children's story. Good luck in your search. Let us know if you discover who Mokilok is in English.
