Japanese/English Mother Goose Video

Our local library has a video of Mother Goose animations that I'd like to buy. It's produced in Japan (much Japanese writing in the credits and opening titles) though the songs are in English and is rather strange but also, I think, rather brilliant. The title on the Canadian box is "Mother Goose Songs and Rhymes" but the title in the credits is different and implies that this is a volume 2. Some of the songs are: Old King Cole, The Farmer in the Dell, Peter Piper, The Twelve Days of Christmas, Rock-a-bye Baby.
Does anyone know more about this video and its presumed volume one?
